After extensive research on the best windows suitable for the Arizona heat and the best company to deal with I chose Weathersby Window and Door. From my first contact with them and right through installation I was  impressed with their commitment to customer service. Which is not often found this day and age. First sales.. Vinnie was on time and very knowledgeable. my wife and I chose Anlin windows for their quality and UV protection for 21 windows and 1 sliding glass door.  With an excellent price we proceeded to order and schedule the windows. Vinnie presented us with the time line from order to installation and was spot on. Crystal our contact at the office kept us well informed of the scheduling what to expect. weathersby just installed about $40K of new windows and glass wall panels in my historic home in tucson. their service was excellent, their installers were professional and reliable. i would recommend them. however, the glass supplier, milgard, is a different story. their products were defective, they 'forgot' to order all of the new screens, and were reluctant to address quality issues. i have bought strictly milgard windows for the past 30 years, but never again.
